London Outfit ships to the United States and United Kingdom. Standard shipping is free on all orders to these destinations. Available delivery options and any address restrictions are shown at checkout.

Transit time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Estimated total delivery time: 3–6 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding relevant public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking may take some time to show the carrier's first scan.
Carrier disruptions, public holidays, severe weather or customs processing may affect delivery. If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing time, we will notify you with an updated estimate and offer cancellation and a refund rather than require you to accept a delay.
If your parcel is overdue, missing, damaged or marked delivered but you have not received it, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
