London Outfit offers a 30-day return guarantee. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order, including if you change your mind or choose the wrong size.
To start a return, email contact@london-outfit.store with your order number or other proof of purchase and the items you wish to return. A reason is optional for change-of-mind returns.
We will send return instructions, the correct return address and a prepaid return shipping label or another return method paid for by us. Please use these instructions so we can identify and track your return. Send the item within 14 calendar days after requesting your return.
For change-of-mind returns, items should be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. You may try on an item indoors to check its fit, as you would in a shop.
These conditions do not limit your rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. Missing original packaging alone does not remove a statutory right to return.
Return shipping is free for customers in the United States and United Kingdom when using our provided return method. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered. Include your order number and, if available, photographs to help us resolve the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a refund or replacement, in accordance with your applicable consumer rights. A fault reported after the 30-day guarantee will still be considered under those rights.
We issue refunds to the original payment method within 5 calendar days after receiving your returned item and confirming the refund. Inspection will not be used to extend any applicable legal deadline. Where the law requires a refund earlier based on proof of return, we follow that requirement.
For a full eligible return, we refund the amount paid for the returned items and any applicable refundable taxes. Standard outbound shipping is free, so there is no standard shipping charge to deduct. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
If you want to cancel before dispatch, contact us promptly. If the order has already shipped, you can return it under this policy. This does not restrict any statutory cancellation rights.
UK customers generally have the right to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, and a further 14 calendar days after notifying us to send them back.
For statutory cancellations, refunds are provided without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, generally 14 days after cancellation notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or you provide evidence of sending them back, whichever happens first. Our 5-day processing commitment applies where it provides a faster refund.
Any legally permitted reduction for handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods will be explained. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods remain available independently of our 30-day guarantee.
